Returns and Refunds

Dentluxe does not accept any returns or offer refunds on any products. All orders are final once payment is made. This includes all tooth gem & tooth charm products, teeth whitening products, disposables & online training courses. 

The customer is responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct upon checkout. Dentluxe takes no responsibility for any parcels that do not get delivered and are returned to the sender if the shipping address isn't valid if the customer doesn't pick up their item or is non-contactable to the courier companies. No refunds are given under these circumstances. Upon the arrival of returned to-sender parcels, Dentluxe will issue you with a store credit only. 

Upon purchasing, all customers accept these terms and conditions.

Dentluxe will not accept any orders that get flagged as fraudulent. Your order will be cancelled and refunded immediately. 

By the Australian Consumer Law, refunds do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any shipping costs (and transit costs if applicable). We do not refund the shipping cost you paid.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@dentluxe.com.au

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only refund items if they are defective or damaged when received. Otherwise, we can add it for free in your next order.
