1. Brush teeth using toothpaste, removing any food debris or plaque.
2. Peel the whitening strip off of the foil.
3. Align the top strip just under the gum line and gently press the strip until it is stuck firmly on the teeth. Fold the excess part of the strip under and behind the teeth. (You can use your tongue to seal/adjust the strip onto your teeth)
4. Repeat step 2-3 using the bottom strip.
5. Leave the strips on for 30 minutes. Avoid eating or drinking.
6. Remove the strips.
7. Brush teeth and rinse mouth thoroughly to remove all product.
